Our Products are usually shipped within 7 days, however there might be unwarranted delays in case of any unpredictable conditions. Either way, the customers are contacted and notified the same through our social media and banners on website, such case if any.
REFUND POLICY

Kiraka website is primarily used for booking appointments with our Bra Fit Experts and to purchase the right fit products from our wide range of collection curated to be your right fit.
1. The consultation fee is non-refundable.
2. For clients registering a virtual appointment, the consultation fee is non-refundable. It is however, possible to exchange the bras until the Bra Fit Expert finds your best fitting bra. Read exchange policy for more details.
3. Kiraka online is accessible only to returning customers. Item that are pre-ordered are non-refundable.
If an item is accepted for return, we will issue you a credit note with the same value as the price of the bra. The credit note is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Any costs involved in shipping the item back to us will be borne by you. We will bear the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you if your delivery address is within India.
EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Consultations are non-exchangeable, non-transferable
2. An exchange should be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. The item is eligible for exchange if it satisfies the below conditions:
- All items have the original tags.
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant, or detergent.
- The garment is free of stains, make-up, or tan marks.
4. For hygiene reasons, the panties are non-returnable / non-exchangeable.
5. The policies may vary product to product; hence the customer is requested to kindly clarify the details with our team before placing the order.
If we find that the garment is not eligible for return/exchange, we will ship the items back to you and no return will be entertained for any such fraudulent activities and the user will be blocked permanently.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. The consultation fee is non-refundable.
2. All rescheduling must be done at least 4 hrs prior to the appointment.
3. An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
